Every year, Norstat conducts a very large number of surveys for all types of national and international clients, ranging from government agencies to opinion institutes, banks, energy companies, media houses, political organizations, and global brands. One of Norstat's central methods is telephone interviews. We use telephone interviews to reach target groups we cannot reach in our online panel or where we have specific advantages of having the interview led by a professional interviewer. Each year, the company conducts approximately 300,000 telephone interviews with decision-makers, specialists, and the general public. The demand for Norstat's services is very high and growing.

In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for a number of clients and handle incoming inquiries. In dialogue with the client, you act as both advisor, account manager, and project manager. You set up and execute projects together with our production department and you are responsible for the project from start to finish, including quality control, delivery, and reporting to the client. You will work from Norstat's pleasant office in Linköping at Trädgårdstorget. Here we have our large telephone center and besides a dozen colleagues, our team of competent telephone interviewers works here.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Advising and dialoguing with clients to understand their needs
• Handling incoming inquiries and orders from clients, pricing projects against clients
• Managing, setting up, and executing projects, followed by quality assurance and final delivery to the client
• Being the spider in the web between clients and Norstat throughout the project and being responsible for client dialogue

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed economic or technical university/college education
• Is structured, analytical, and enjoys working with data
• Has a strong drive and commitment
• Has good computer skills, ability to familiarize yourself with various IT tools, and preferably good knowledge of Excel
• Is skilled at and appreciates working with other people in teams to achieve common goals.
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as you will communicate in both languages with Norstat's clients

We consider it an advantage if you have 1-2 years of experience in project management work.
