The position is based in Linköping, where Swisslog is relocating parts of the office in April 2025.

Make a difference

• Development of technical instructions for our products
• Writing manuals and spare parts catalogs for our customers and for our service personnel
• Documenting both usage and maintenance of the product
• Compiling material about the product from a customer and service perspective
• Participating in project teams working on development projects
• Development of training materials
• Conducting training for our customers
• Supporting your colleagues in the documentation team and contributing to our development work

What you bring to succeed

• Relevant education, likely at university level with a technical focus
• The ability to understand and communicate advanced technology
• User knowledge of Adobe's tools as well as standards and systems within technical documentation
• The ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English. Experience in writing Simplified English is a plus
• Interest in acting as a trainer in the use of our machines. Pedagogical experience is a plus. Travel is included in the position
• You enjoy collaborating and communicating with different people in an international, project-oriented organization and representing Swisslog to our customers
• You are structured and good at driving your work forward
