- Be the account manager and lead a customer team responsible for complex real estate companies based in Östergötland
- Be responsible for your own customer and result responsibility where you manage and develop your own customer portfolio through customer satisfaction, profitability, and proactivity
- Tailor solutions for your customers in close collaboration with the bank's specialists
- Drive prospecting, procurement, and develop networking
In this role, you need:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial advisory for corporate clients, preferably with a focus on real estate
- Good knowledge of business economics and a solid understanding of lending
- Have a strong business drive and be goal-oriented, structured, and analytical
- Be able to explain and present complex business arrangements both orally and in writing
- Be social and have an easy time building trust
- A university degree, bachelor's or master's degree preferably in economics and/or finance
- Swedsec advisor license and mortgage license
- Driver's license

As an Account Manager, you lead the customer team that surrounds each customer. You have full responsibility for customer relationships and customer satisfaction in your portfolio. The role of account manager also includes work with analyses, presentations in credit committees, structuring business arrangements, and negotiating with customers in close collaboration with your team. You are also expected to represent Real Estate in the market and drive prospecting in the real estate segment.
