At Senzum, we are looking for Danish-speaking customer service representatives for our team in Linköping. We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and puts the customer first
• Speaks and writes fluently in Danish, or has Danish as their native language
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Is flexible as working hours may vary
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is engaged and responsible
• Has good computer skills
• Has good social skills

To succeed in your new role, the employment will begin with training, where you will learn everything about the company and receive training in customer management. This means that there are no requirements for prior knowledge.

About the role and job responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will work together with your colleagues and assist our customers in both Danish and Swedish.

With a strong sense of service, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media to resolve customer inquiries in the best way possible. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you.

Salary: hourly wage according to collective agreement
