Are you ready for an exciting assignment as a store manager in our concept second-hand store? Centrally located in Galleria Spiralen is our concept store 'Noga utvalt'.

Here we offer real gems from the second-hand selection, and our focus is to have something for everyone. You can find trendy dresses, everyday jeans, and beautiful home items. We highlight the items and clothes that are currently in demand and want to inspire our customers to consume sustainably. When shopping with us, you also create opportunities for people to grow. Here, individuals who, for various reasons, cannot enter the job market find a place. Through work training, internships, and meaningful employment, they receive new chances in life.

Your role as store manager

As a store manager, you have broad leadership responsibilities for your employees, volunteers, and participants. At the same time, you work operationally as a store employee and strive to inspire our customers to purchase and create a positive and rewarding shopping experience. You will, among other things:

• Drive and develop the store based on the concept 'noga utvalt'.
• Structure store operations, manage the flow of goods to the store, and ensure the visual expression of the store professionally.
• Be responsible for sales and follow up on the budget to achieve set sales targets.
• Lead and distribute daily tasks for employees, participants, and volunteers, and work towards a safe and pleasant working environment.
• Create a positive and professional customer experience in the store.
• Manage the store's social media accounts where products are showcased attractively.

Within our social enterprises, we work with labor integration, which means you will work with your team and coach participants who are far from the job market by imparting professional knowledge in a pedagogical manner.

Who are you?

We are looking for a natural leader who can inspire and motivate your team. You have the ability to create a positive work environment and get everyone to work towards common goals. As a person, you are outgoing, communicative, and relationship-building with a good ability to collaborate with others. Being service-minded and providing customers with a fantastic experience is a given for you. You are a curious and solution-oriented person with the ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in leadership.
• Experience working in a store selling clothes and/or home decor and a good understanding of the various parameters that create success and increased sales.
• Experience leading employees towards set goals.
• Education or experience working with the visual expression in stores and a good sense of trends.
• Good knowledge of trade, sales, and leadership.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge and experience in labor integration and labor market issues.
• Good administrative skills.
• Experience creating content in both text and images for social media.

The position is permanent at 100%, with a probationary period applied.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
