Personal qualities and experience

At Svedberga Plantskola AB, we are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for our team in Motala. We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and puts the customer first
• Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish, or alternatively has Danish as their mother tongue
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and Finnish.
• Is flexible as working hours may vary
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is engaged and responsible
• Has good computer skills
• Has good social skills

To succeed in your new role, the employment will begin with training, where you will learn everything about the products and receive training in customer management.

About the role and tasks

As a customer service representative with us, you will work together with your colleagues and assist our customers in both Finnish and Swedish.

With a strong sense of service, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media to resolve customer inquiries in the best possible way. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you.

As a customer service representative, you will be offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence the daily operations.

Salary: hourly/monthly salary according to collective agreement
