RE&GO is a company that works with vehicle charging for housing associations, larger property owners, and transport-intensive companies. We have the strength of having developed our own system for control, monitoring, administration, and payment of vehicle chargers, RE&GO CSMS (Charge Station Management System). We are now looking for a service-oriented employee for support and administration in Vadstena.

Your mission

In the role of administrator/support, you will be an important part of our company. You will handle many incoming phone calls and be our primary contact with new and existing customers. You will resolve many issues yourself but will forward some cases to our Second Line Support. Your tasks are related to our vehicle charging services. Onboarding new customers in our system and handling support cases will be a significant part of your daily routine. You will have a lot of customer contact.

Your tools will be RE&GO CSMS (Charging Station Management System) and our support ticket system, Zendesk. You will work closely with other employees in a small organization experiencing rapid growth. This means that everyone needs to pitch in with tasks that are not directly related to your position from time to time. We act flexibly and without prestige in the organization; the customer's needs come first. The position also includes some on-call support outside regular office hours.

We work on continuous improvements of administrative routines, and you are expected to contribute ideas to the company's development work. You will often have close contact with customers, and their feedback is important for the company's growth.
