We are currently looking for customer service representatives for on-call employment and temporary positions during the summer of 2025, with the possibility of continued employment.

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability, but to be the one we are looking for, we see that you:

• Have social competence and are a communicative person with a strong interest in helping others

• Master Swedish (fluent) and English in both speech and writing

• Have good computer skills and are administratively skilled and quick to absorb new information

• Are meticulous and stress-resistant, enjoy taking responsibility, and have good multitasking abilities

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist at Comunit AB, you will answer and manage incoming calls on behalf of our customers. No sales/outgoing assignments!

You assist the caller by relaying messages, forwarding calls, taking orders/reporting issues, scheduling appointments, etc.

These tasks place high demands on you as a receptionist and your ability to handle incoming calls effectively and professionally.

You are service-oriented and know how to act to meet the demands for quality and service level.

You will be part of a wonderful team and work in an unpretentious environment with some periods of high work pace.

To succeed in the position, you will undergo an introductory program of about 30 hours.
