About the role

As an Outbound Specialist at Zivi, you are a key player in our sales team. Your main task is to identify, reach out to, and book meetings with potential customers. You are the first step in our sales process and responsible for filling our pipeline with qualified leads – something that is crucial for our company's success.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct direct customer contact via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify and prospect potential customers based on Zivi's target groups.
• Build and maintain a strong lead list in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns and strategies.

• Has experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or similar roles.
