We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, perhaps alongside studies or another job. About the Position
Our customers subscribe to one of Bonnier News' titles, such as Dagens Industri and Privata Affärer. In your role as a customer service representative, you will support inquiries regarding payments, subscriptions, complaints, etc. You will answer customer questions and concerns and offer upselling, aiming to find the best possible solution for the customer.
In this role, it is of utmost importance that you provide first-class service to the customer during both the contact and the subsequent administrative work. A computer will be your primary working tool as you mainly receive your customers via phone and manage subscriptions in various systems. We always strive to resolve the customer's issue on the first contact. We want to provide a positive customer experience and create added value for both the customer and the company.
We are looking for someone who has
- Completed secondary education.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
- Good IT skills and system familiarity.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.

Additional Information
You will report directly to your team leader, and we are located in nice premises at Prästgatan 12 B in Norrköping. The position is part-time. Salary according to collective agreement.
