We are looking for a driven and relationship-building inside salesperson who wants to be part of an exciting journey at Toyota Material Handling!

As part of our team in Mjölby, you will contribute to our continued success and help build our new inside sales department. You will be the first in the role of operational team lead and play a key role in creating an efficient and well-functioning department.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As Inside Sales Team Leader with us, you will have the opportunity to make an impact in a company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Your role will involve both sales and leadership, where you will help build our inside sales department from the ground up.

You will be responsible for leading the operational work while also actively participating in sales activities. You will work from our office in Mjölby and maintain close contact with customers, both new and existing, to ensure they receive the best solution for their needs.

The role includes:

  • Proactively contacting and engaging customers via phone.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and creating trust.
  • Leading and supporting the operational work within the inside sales department.
  • Ensuring that the sales process follows set goals and guidelines.
  • Working systematically in the CRM system to keep track of customer contacts and sales activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.

We work towards clear goals, but as a Team Leader, you will have both the freedom and significant responsibility to drive the work forward. Your creative and structured approach will be key to success in this role.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in the role of Inside Sales Team Lead, we see that you have previous experience in telephone sales and are accustomed to working in CRM systems in a structured and efficient manner. You are a person who instills confidence and finds it easy to connect with others. Your business drive and structured work methodology enable you to manage your own sales targets while leading the team to success.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in telephone sales and working with B2B customers.
  • The ability to work systematically in CRM systems and keep track of your activities.
  • A consultative and relationship-building approach with customers.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive and self-driven work style where you take initiative and drive the work forward.
