Recruitment Specialist at Saab in Linköping
Do you have previous experience in recruitment and want to work for an exciting company with many development opportunities? Then we may have your next assignment. We are now looking for a recruitment specialist for Saab in Linköping.
You can expect a challenging future that is both developing and fun. Saab designs, manufactures, and maintains advanced systems in aviation technology, weapons, command, sensors, and underwater systems. Saab has its headquarters in Sweden and has large operations worldwide, being part of several nations' domestic defense capabilities.
The position is a consulting assignment starting in February 2025 for 12 months with a good chance of extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application!
About the Position
As a recruitment specialist, your main task will be to reach, attract, and recruit passive candidates and build long-term relationships. You will focus on recruiting candidates from various professional groups, working proactively to attract Saab's most critical competencies. In close collaboration with hiring managers, employer branding, and the business, the team works methodically to raise awareness of Saab among selected talents, thereby increasing the number of employees.
You will constantly work to attract the best people in the tech industry, maintain a strong employer brand, and ensure good relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
You will work in an environment with highly skilled recruiters and be part of a team located in various locations across Sweden. The Career Center is responsible for all internal and external recruitment within Saab in Sweden.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Plan and drive recruitment processes together with hiring managers to attract the right competencies.
- Work with search to find qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers.
- Ensure that we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process and always provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively work on creating and maintaining the candidate network.
Who Are You?
To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven person with the ability to take initiative and create structure in your own work. At Saab, constructive teamwork is valued. You collaborate well with others and are eager to share your knowledge and experiences. You support your colleagues in their daily work. As an ambassador for Saab, your communication skills will be very important, as will your ability to build good relationships. You are structured, flexible, and persistent in your work.
You have:
- a bachelor's degree in HR or similar, and preferably a few years of experience working with recruitment in a competitive market.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or the HR system Workday and are certified in Aon's testing tools.
