Your future challenge

We are looking for a recruitment specialist for a consulting assignment via AxÖ Consulting with one of our clients in the industry in Linköping. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work strategically and hands-on with recruitment processes for production, where you will be responsible for finding the right competence for key functions within production and other departments.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading recruitment processes from start to finish, including requirements profile, advertising, and selection.
• Conducting interviews and assessments using capacity and personality tests.
• Supporting hiring managers and HR partners throughout the process and helping them find the right candidates.
• Conducting security assessments as part of the recruitment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deepen your expertise in specific areas such as Employer Branding, system development, or process improvement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial sector, who is used to working independently and taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process. You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English and enjoy collaborating in a team.

Desirable qualifications for the role:

• Experience using assessment tools, preferably Aon.
• Ability to handle security-related aspects of recruitment.
