Your future challenge

As a property administrator, you will belong to a department that works to meet the current and future needs for suitable premises for the company. Here you will have the opportunity to be an administrative support to local property managers, department heads, and other key functions at our client. Your contribution will be crucial to ensure smooth handling of various matters and to contribute to the department's success.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage and plan cases that come in through various channels.
• Update and be responsible for intranet pages and other communication channels.
• Administer and report on the department's infrastructure, such as electric vehicle chargers.
• Support management with conference bookings and other coordinating tasks.
• Perform other administrative support related to the department's operations.

As the department is in an expansive phase, the tasks may change and develop over time.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a strong drive. You are well-organized, communicative, and see changes as an opportunity for development. You also find it easy to work in digital systems and enjoy learning new work tools.

Meritorious experiences:

• Administration of intranet or similar information channels.
• Experience with conference or meeting bookings.
• Experience in property-related areas.
• Ability to drive tasks from start to finish.
