About the position

Saab's Property department is responsible for meeting Saab's current and future needs for suitable premises. Property participates in the process of acquiring, maintaining, and decommissioning premises, which can involve everything from renting, purchasing, or building, to divesting, terminating, or demolishing when necessary. Property consists of a property-owning part and a part with operational responsibility for the property portfolio in Sweden and internationally. Within Property, approximately 900,000 square meters of office, production, and storage space are managed in Sweden today, operating from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north.

The Role of Property Administrator

The role involves varied work in a dynamic environment. You will have many points of contact both internally and externally, where your main task is to be a cohesive link for all matters concerning the department.

The role is initially a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible and lasting for 6 months, with a good possibility of extension.

Your main responsibilities

• Contract administration, registration of agreements, indexes, and extensions/terminations
• Administer and manage internal rentals and access permissions
• Prepare, analyze, and update documentation and data from the property system and energy reporting
• Handle and plan various matters that come to Property through different channels
• Responsible for updating Saab's global address register

Since a large part of the tasks are performed in our property system, you find it easy to work in new systems and absorb new information.

It is advantageous if you have experience in the following:

• Worked in the real estate field
• Contract management
• Have acted as a cohesive and driving force for tasks from start to finish

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
