We are looking for an HR Partner for a varied and developing assignment in Norrköping. In this role, you will be a key player in the HR team where you work closely with managers in the Logistics Department, including E-commerce, handling both strategic and operational HR issues.

You will coach and support managers in areas such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, leadership, and skills development. The role also involves driving projects, developing processes, and conducting training that links HR work to the business's goals.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in labor law issues, union cooperation, and negotiations
• Work with work environment issues and support rehabilitation and individual cases
• Conduct training in the HR area
• Contribute to management and leadership development
• Participate in change initiatives and projects to achieve business goals

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience as an HR Business Partner and a university degree in HR or equivalent. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Practical information

The job requires you to be on-site in Norrköping two days a week, with the possibility to work remotely the remaining time.
