About the position

Our client is a larger company with a well-functioning and competent HR team. Here you will step into an environment with close collaboration where you support HR Business Partners and managers throughout the organization.

The role has a clear focus on the practical application of labor law, interpretation of collective agreements, and handling qualified personnel matters. You will be a key person in maintaining a professional and uniform approach within HR.

The assignment is full-time and offered with hybrid options. It is a consulting assignment via SJR, where you can be employed by us or work through your own company. The start is immediate, and the assignment initially runs for 6 months.

Suitable background

We are looking for someone with experience as a labor law specialist or from a qualified HR role with a clear focus on labor law. You preferably have a background from larger organizations where you are used to advising and supporting managers on labor law issues.

You have good knowledge of several collective agreements and broad experience in handling various types of personnel matters.

Personal qualities

You are confident, self-driven, and action-oriented – a person who quickly finds the information needed and dares to make decisions. Your pedagogical skills make you a valued support, and you work solution-oriented and pragmatically to find a balance between law and business benefit.
