About us Arena Utbildning is an established educational company that conducts adult education in collaboration with over 70 municipalities, the Employment Service, vocational colleges, and private employers. We offer training in areas such as healthcare, childcare, logistics, Swedish for immigrants, and upper secondary courses. We work with classroom teaching, flexible arrangements, and distance education, and have locations across Sweden.

About the role As a school administrator with us, you will be a central part of our student and customer support. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration and being a reliable link between students, teachers, and customers. You will work closely with the principal and administrative manager and handle tasks such as:

• Student registration and grade management
• Attendance reporting and CSN-related inquiries
• Support in using various administrative systems such as Alvis, Freja, and Skola 24
• Contacts with students and external partners
• Ensuring that our administrative routines are followed and developed

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and enjoys a role with many points of contact. You have good multitasking abilities, can handle periods of high tempo, and are a problem solver who is willing to take initiatives. You are comfortable working both independently and in a team and have an interest in working in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Education in administration or equivalent experience in adult education is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience with administrative systems in the education sector is an advantage
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability
• Social, communicative, and good ability to meet customers in a professional and pleasant manner
