We are looking for a self-driven and committed job coach who wants to actively support job seekers in their journey towards employment or education. The role suits you if you are social, relationship-building, and have an easy time connecting with both employers and participants. You enjoy working proactively, making cold calls, reaching out to new companies, and driving dialogues that lead to collaborations and employment opportunities. The role requires you to be a clear communicator with an interest in sales and business relationships, as well as having good organizational skills.
You work in a structured manner, both independently and in teams, and are motivated by helping people move forward to work or studies. The work is fast-paced and requires very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
The position is a probationary employment for 6 months with the possibility of a permanent position. The job is located at our offices in northern Stockholm (Bro, Bålsta, Barkarby, Kungsängen, and Upplands-Väsby), which means that flexibility is important. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous. We do not apply remote work; all work is conducted on-site at one of our offices.
Job Responsibilities
As a job coach, you will among other things:
- Actively create and develop business contacts to get participants into internships or employment
- Work practically with participants through mapping, goal setting, application documents, interview training, and individual matching for work or education
- Plan and conduct group activities and lectures for participants
- Report in internal and external systems
- Plan, implement, and follow up on individual development plans and goals
Qualifications
You need to meet the requirements according to one of the following options:
Option 1
- Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
- At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time
- Part-time can be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years
Option 2
- At least one year of post-secondary full-time studies with passing results
- At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, personnel work, labor and labor market issues, social work, or career counseling
- Part-time can be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three years
We have a collective agreement, and the position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
