About the position

Perido is looking for a customer service representative for our client, a Nordic player in vehicle assistance and related service solutions. This position is based in Stockholm. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a team focused on customer loyalty and long-term relationships. The work is varied and involves daily dialogue with both private and corporate customers via phone and email.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide professional service and guidance to customers on various matters
• Answer questions and clearly explain offers, terms, and costs
• Support customers in simpler administrative processes
• Handle incoming inquiries and feedback with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Work proactively with customer dialogue to strengthen relationships and contribute to increased customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to create long-term value through good service, responsiveness, and engagement

As a person, you are engaged, communicative, and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust in customer dialogue. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even when the pace is high, and feel confident in handling more complex issues. With a service-oriented mindset, good listening skills, and a solution-focused approach, you actively contribute to positive customer experiences and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
