Adecco is now looking for an experienced and committed Recruitment Specialist for an assignment with a client in the automotive industry in Södertälje.

We are looking for someone who has experience with the entire recruitment process and enjoys working on multiple parallel processes simultaneously. The role focuses on recruiting blue-collar positions and requires structure, drive, and a good ability to make decisions.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment flow – from needs analysis to placement. You will work closely with managers and act as a professional support in recruitment matters.

You need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to identify the right competencies through structured and qualitative assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews
Manage multiple parallel recruitment processes efficiently and proactively
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide professional support
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Document and work systematically in the recruitment system
Contribute to improvement work within Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience
Documented experience in recruiting blue-collar workers is a requirement
Experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage
Familiar with screening, evaluating, and interviewing candidates
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
