We are now looking for a senior Requirements and Process Analyst for a comprehensive HRIT initiative with our client in Stockholm-Arlanda. The assignment is divided into two main parts: mapping and development of HR processes and requirements analysis for the procurement of new system support for HR and learning.
You will be a central part of the project's core team and work closely with HR operations, IT, architects, and project management. The assignment is conducted according to agile working methods with iterative deliveries, continuous dialogue, and close collaboration between operations and IT.
Your Responsibilities 🧭In this role, you will lead the work with requirements analysis throughout the project and be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and structuring the organization's current and future needs. You will map and visualize HR processes from both a central and local perspective and identify areas for improvement and suggest changes in working methods and routines.
You will develop functional and non-functional requirements, ensure traceability and testability, and drive the requirements work in sprint form together with developers and testers. The role also involves planning and facilitating workshops, conducting feasibility studies, structuring requirements in tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and managing changes in the requirements landscape during the project.
Particular focus will be on requirements related to the procurement of system support for the training process, performance process, and succession process, including integrations, user-friendliness, and configuration options.
Your Profile / Mandatory Competencies ✅Documented experience from similar assignments within HRIT, including both process mapping and requirements analysis
Good knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competency management, payroll, and employment lifecycle
Experience working agile in change projects with iterative deliveries
Ability to structure, document, and quality assure functional and non-functional requirements
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent
Experience in procurement of HR or learning platforms
Experience with BPMN or other established modeling techniques
Experience from larger organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes
Familiarity with working with integrations and system landscapes within HR
You are structured, analytical, and confident in your professional role. You drive work forward even in complex contexts and have the ability to make decisions when not everyone agrees. At the same time, you are attentive, engaging, and skilled at creating consensus between operations and IT. You thrive in an agile environment and work independently with high delivery reliability.
