We are looking for an experienced HR consultant with expertise in transition work.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: Until 2026-12-30

You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location in Huddinge. Some remote work is possible.

About the position

The work involves transition issues within the municipality due to a decrease in the number of children in preschool and primary school until the end of 2026.

Your main responsibilities

Working with HR transition within a municipality means dealing with processes, support, and strategies when the organization or workforce needs to change.

It often involves ensuring that the municipality can deliver its assignments – even when the economy, legislation, or societal needs change.

Who are you?

To be considered for this assignment, you need to meet the following criteria:

• You have an HR background with a university degree in HR or equivalent.
• You have experience from municipal or other public sector operations.
• You are knowledgeable in labor law and have extensive experience in collaboration/negotiation activities, as well as experience in transition issues/transition work.

In addition to the above, you are flexible, good at collaborating, driven, and have the authority to lead a transition process.
