We are looking for an experienced Communicator for a consulting assignment:

  • Scope: Full-time 100%
  • Start: During March.
  • Duration: Until 2026-10-30, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia but work at our client's location in Södertälje. Some remote work is possible.

The assignment may lead to a permanent position with the client if both parties are satisfied.

About the position

Need for a Communicator in the communications department at Telge AB, which handles communication for all companies in the Telge Group.

The current focus will be on communication for Telge Fastigheter, Telge Tillväxt, Telge Inköp, and Södertälje Hamn. However, assignments may arise for all companies in the group.

Your main tasks

Standard tasks within the communications department.

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience working with communication in complex operations that affect the public.
  • You have good administrative skills.

Some other requirements in addition to the specified competency requirements in the agreement

  • Basic knowledge of creating and editing content such as images, videos, or graphics
  • Proficient user of the Office suite (PC)
  • Understanding of the communication process and documented experience and knowledge of working with different target groups and how to best reach them
  • Experience in independently driving, planning, and implementing target group-adapted communication based on various situations
  • Practical experience in operational communication work, such as writing texts, managing social media, and creating content for websites
  • Excellent ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish, focusing on clarity and correctness
  • Experience in handling simpler media inquiries or writing press releases under supervision
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently within given frameworks and to plan and structure content across various channels.
  • Ability to work effectively and deliver content according to set deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues, managers, and external parties
  • Curious and open to using AI to streamline and develop work methods in line with agile/lean methodologies
  • Flexible and able to manage a changing environment where tasks may need to be reprioritized at short notice.

You have a B driver's license.

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are driven, creative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious while having the ability to prioritize when needed. In your role, you will work independently, alongside colleagues within the unit, but primarily with various operations in the municipality. It is crucial that you are good at creating and maintaining good relationships both with individuals and, for example, management teams in the offices.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience from government or municipality.
