About the assignment

We are looking for a service-oriented receptionist with financial knowledge for a client company in Stockholm. In this role, you will be the company's first point of contact for visitors and callers, as well as responsible for simpler financial administrative tasks. The position is full-time with the possibility of partial remote work by agreement and is filled through Andara Group with the possibility of transitioning to the client.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage the switchboard and email in a professional and service-oriented manner.

  • Administer the reception's daily tasks such as mail handling, conference room scheduling, and orders.

  • Perform financial administrative tasks such as invoice management, accounts payable, approval flows, and simpler bookkeeping entries.

  • Support the finance and HR team with reconciliations, reports, and administrative routines as needed.

  • Ensure order in common areas and manage office supply orders.

  • Document and improve processes to ensure quality and efficiency in workflows.

Who are you?

You are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy a varied job where you meet many different people. You have experience from reception, administration, or a similar role and basic knowledge of finance.

We also see that you have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration or finance.

• Experience in invoice management and basic bookkeeping routines.

• Good computer skills and experience with financial systems (preferably Fortnox, Visma, or similar) as well as proficiency in the Office suite.

• Ability to work independently, high accuracy, and good structure in your work.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
