Payroll Coordinator

About the role
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the EMEA Payroll team and play a central role in supporting payroll management in several European countries. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external payroll providers and become an important contact point in the organization. The role suits you who thrive in a changing work environment, have an eye for detail, and enjoy contributing to improvements in processes and working methods.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely payroll management for employees in several countries.
- Be responsible for payroll administrative activities related to France and Italy.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the EMEA Payroll team.
- Act as a contact person for payroll-related questions within the organization.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers as well as internal functions such as HR and Finance.
- Contribute to the development, optimization, and documentation of payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll requirements, and internal guidelines.
Suitable background
- Practical experience in payroll administration for France and/or Italy.
- Good understanding of payroll processes in a global organization.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, processes, and working methods.
- Documented experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
Meritorious:
- Payroll experience related to Denmark and/or the UK.
- Experience working in Oracle.
- Previous work in international or global operations.
