We are now looking for a senior accountant with retail experience to join our headquarters. You will work with ongoing accounting and financial statements for several companies in the group and be responsible and the face of our franchisees. We are looking for someone who feels confident in accounting all the way to annual financial statements and audits, and who can work independently and problem-solve in an entrepreneurial business climate.

Responsibilities and tasks

· Monthly reconciliations and monthly financial statements

· Annual financial statements and audits

· Contract invoicing and management of benefit bike deals

· Inventory reconciliation

· Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

· Supporting our franchisees with advice

· Ongoing bookkeeping

· VAT reconciliations and VAT declarations

· Monthly follow-up of income statements and key figures with franchise stores regarding any questions and analysis of actions

· Budgeting and calculations of 'case studies' during changes, closures, and openings of new stores

· Cash flow management and planning

· Inventory routines and advice on inventory values and cash systems (Sitoo).

We would like you to have

· 5-10 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping/VAT/annual financial statements

· Relevant university degree

· Previous experience with Fortnox

· Experience in retail with an understanding of store operations and accounting within retail

· A plus if you have previously worked in/with franchise operations

· A plus if you have experience in payroll management

We are a fast-growing scale-up company with quick decision-making processes and a wonderful family-like atmosphere. Our finance team currently consists of three people. You will report to the Head of Finance.

We are located in new offices in Sthlm01, Hammarby Sjöstad/Gullmarsplan and currently have about 40 employees. We live by our core values; Attentive, Eager, Brave, and Professional.

We apply a remote work policy where we are present in the office 3-4 days a week.

Start date: As soon as possible considering notice period

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Extent: Full-time (If desired, the role can be adjusted to 75%)
