About the role With us, you will work closely with both the business and managers in a broad role where you drive recruitments and support in competency-based and inclusive processes – always with a focus on the candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop our TA work forward, both by refining processes and strengthening our employer brand. 🚀 With us, you will be part of our dedicated People & HR team – a wonderful group within HR, training, and TA that supports each other, shares knowledge, and has fun together every day.
Your daily life with us With us, you will have the chance to:
Match the right talent with the right role – in some recruitments, you will drive the process from start to finish, and in others, you will be responsible for parts of the process, such as initial selection, screening, and phone interviews.
Work both with individual recruitments and larger volume recruitments, where you handle several parallel processes.
Be responsible for administration related to recruitment, such as publishing ads, booking interviews, and ongoing candidate communication.
Empower our approximately 300 recruiting managers with training, coaching, and inspiration – both digitally and on-site with energy and engagement.
Be an advisory sounding board throughout the process, from strategy to hiring.
Put your stamp on projects within employer branding, diversity initiatives, and digital improvements.
Participate in fairs and student activities as an ambassador for Synsam as an employer.
Who are you? You thrive in an operational role close to the business, are unpretentious, and enjoy the variety of recruiting both salespeople and leaders. We also believe that you:
Have an academic degree in HR/behavioral science or equivalent.
Have at least a few years of experience in qualified recruitment work, preferably in a broad role with both volume and specialist/manager recruitments.
Are confident in driving processes independently and in close collaboration with managers.
Have experience in personality assessment and preferably Aon Assessment/Alva Labs.
Enjoy training and feel comfortable speaking in front of a group – you like to share your knowledge and contribute to raising the competence of recruiting managers.
Have an advisory and solution-focused approach – and enjoy challenging yourself and others.
