HR Consultant Wanted at Danderyd Municipality

The HR department is part of the Municipal Executive Office and consists of the units HR, Payroll, and Internal Services. The HR unit consists of an HR manager, eight HR consultants, an HR administrator, and a recruiter. Together, we form an engaged and collaborative team with a close sense of humor, where we help and support each other in our daily work.

We provide expert support in HR matters primarily to our over 100 managers. Our task is to be supportive but also directive when needed, such as in labor law issues.

We are now looking for an experienced HR consultant for an assignment until the end of the year who wants to become a part of our team. Welcome to our community!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant, you will work consultatively and serve as a qualified expert support to managers in areas such as labor law, work environment, competence supply, and work adaptation. The assignment is shaped largely based on the needs of the operations.

The role is broad and varied, encompassing both everyday questions and more complex cases. It may involve how a manager should think when an employee resigns, whether they have the right skills for all tasks, or if they need help finding another skill that complements the group. It could also involve discussions on handling misconduct by an employee or how a manager should work with competence-enhancing initiatives to strengthen and develop a workgroup. The fun part is that the work is varied, and no two days are alike!

We also work a lot on streamlining the HR unit's work methods and routines with a focus on development and how we can work smarter, which you will contribute to.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a relevant university degree.
  • several years of work experience in broad HR work towards operations.
  • experience in collaboration between employers and trade unions.
  • good knowledge of the laws and agreements governing the labor market.
  • good digital competence and system familiarity.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • experience in HR work in municipalities.
  • knowledge of the collective agreement General Terms (AB).
