We are now looking for a Business Analyst with energy, curiosity, and a strong foundation in requirements management and IT. The role is suitable for you who thrive in the intersection between business and technology – and who has experience from, for example, Supply Chain, logistics, business systems, or organizational change.

You will work in a dynamic environment where assignments vary in scope and complexity.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will work on various initiatives and projects in close collaboration with both IT and the business. You translate goals and ideas into concrete and actionable tasks, lead feasibility studies, and are responsible for capturing, structuring, and clarifying requirements.

You will:

• Translate business goals and ideas into structured initiatives
• Conduct feasibility studies and needs analyses
• Capture and structure fundamental requirements
• Lead and drive the requirements work to verifiable and unambiguous requirements
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Work on larger initiatives in close collaboration between business and IT
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes

The role involves many points of contact and requires a good ability to analyze data, requirements, organization, and context to find better solutions.

Requirements profile

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst
• Experience from business systems and preferably Supply Chain
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working on larger initiatives and in the intersection between business and IT
• Ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
• Experience leading and driving workshops
• Experience developing or creating new processes
• Knowledge of agile methods and practical experience of agile working methods
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English
