Are you studying economics with a focus on accounting or auditing and want to work alongside your studies in a broad and developing finance function? We are now looking for a driven, secure, and engaged finance assistant for a fixed-term position starting immediately. This position is suitable for you who are early in your studies and want to build practical experience over several years alongside your education.

You will be part of our finance function and work closely with regular staff. Training will take place during the spring, with the goal that you will gradually be able to take on more responsibility during the summer.

Your tasks will primarily include accounts receivable and accounts payable, basic bookkeeping, VAT and reconciliations, as well as support for accountants as needed. Initially, you will work closely with the accounts function to gain a good understanding of the entire flow in the finance process. During the summer, there will always be regular staff on site for support.

About the position

The position is a fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. During spring and autumn, the work comprises about 50%. The summer period is more intensive with about 75% in June, 100% in July, and about 75% in August. There is also the possibility to work extra during the Christmas period.

You will largely plan your own schedule, and we understand the need for study periods, but some presence is required during important periods, such as billing windows.

Your profile

You are studying economics with a focus on accounting or auditing and are early in your education, with the ambition to work long-term alongside your studies. Previous experience in finance work is not a requirement – we take responsibility for structured training. At the same time, the role assumes that you want to stay with us for a longer period and gradually take on more responsibility.

You are secure, stable, and loyal, have good numerical understanding and a logical working method, and enjoy working broadly within finance, from accounts receivable and accounts payable to basic bookkeeping.
