We are looking for:
Customer Host/Workplace Support

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily service at the office for the company's employees
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and ensure they are in good condition
- Manage fruit deliveries and replenish fruit in common areas
- Receive and handle maintenance requests from the office
- Prepare and check conference rooms before meetings
- Perform furniture arrangements and simple janitorial tasks as needed
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing goods via the loading dock
- Ensure order and cleanliness in all common areas
- Contribute to a well-functioning and pleasant work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- You have previous experience in service work, for example in restaurants, property management, janitorial services, retail, or similar service professions
- You must be able to attend an interview with the employer in Stockholm on March 19, 2026
