We are now looking for new employees for customer support at SRV, are you our next colleague? We are a team of 10 employees who support each other, share knowledge, and ensure that every customer has a really good experience. SRV Recycling is now looking for 2-3 customer advisors with a strong sense of service and a desire to create the best possible customer experience.

Are you the one we are looking for? About the position

• Deliver qualified customer service to individuals, housing associations, and companies primarily via phone, email, and digital channels.

• Advice on products, services, contracts, waste sorting, and applicable regulations based on the customer's needs, environmental requirements, and waste fees.

• Responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries such as orders, preparing quotes, invoice questions, and complaints. Investigating more complex customer issues may also occur.

• Participation in some sales and development of customer relationships.

• Ensure correct handling of customer data in accordance with GDPR and internal guidelines.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, products, routines, and digital support within Customer and Market.

• Data collection and some analysis work within the scope of the assignment may occur.

• Collaborate internally and externally and participate in projects and development initiatives as needed.

Is this you?

• Have a high school diploma.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer advisory or similar roles within service operations.

• Experience working with complex issues, contract questions, and customer dialogues.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• A driving license is a requirement.

• Experience in sales, negotiation, invoice management, or fee-funded services is an advantage.

• Ability to work meticulously and structured even in a high-paced environment.

• Willingness to contribute to development and improvement.

About SRV

SRV Recycling AB is a limited company owned by five municipalities in Södertörn: Huddinge, Haninge, Botkyrka, Salem, and Nynäshamn. The municipalities have tasked SRV with managing the collection and handling of household waste. The operations include the collection and processing of recyclable materials, fuel, and waste, as well as landfilling. We currently have about 270 employees and receive approximately 200,000 tons of waste each year, with a turnover of 552 million SEK (2023). SRV collects waste from about 154,000 households in the owner municipalities. The company also has 3,000 business and operational customers – ranging from small and large companies to housing associations, preschools, and organizations.

SRV Recycling has a large recycling facility at Gladö Kvarn in Huddinge. The facility is the largest in Sweden by area. We also operate seven recycling centers, primarily for households, within the five owner municipalities.

Application

The roles are permanent positions located at the head office, near Huddinge Center. The positions start with a six-month probationary period. Since our operations are spread throughout Södertörn, a driving license is a requirement. The application of alcohol and drug testing before employment may be relevant.
