We offer a varied role where you can combine the precision of an accounting assistant with the drive of an administrator.

About the position

The FVO Association is a prestigious organization that provides financial support to those in need. They offer a safe and meaningful work environment where they collectively make a difference for people in vulnerable life situations.

In the role of financial administrator, you will work closely with the operations manager and the association's caseworkers to manage the association's daily flows. You will be responsible for handling supplier invoices via Kleer and ongoing compilation of valuable statistics and reporting to collaborating foundations. An important part of the role also involves acting as project support in the organization's various activities.

In addition to ongoing office services and purchases, you play a central role in the distribution of the association's experience packages and act as a super user for their digital systems. To thrive in this role, you are a meticulous and responsible person with a good sense of numbers. We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and possesses good social skills.

This is a project employment that extends until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. At FVO, they value the community in the office but apply hybrid work if the job allows.

Job responsibilities

The role involves a combination of finance, administration, technical and project support. You will handle financial processes, produce statistics, and be central to our digitalization and AI development.

• Handle incoming invoices and transactions and verify documentation.
• Create statistics and reports for foundations.
• Be a super-user in the accounting system Kleer and the application system INRULE, and provide internal support.
• Actively participate in the development of processes and routines as well as the implementation of AI tools.
• Administer and distribute experience packages to those in need.
• Conduct reconciliations of grants and contributions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a completed bachelor's degree in finance
• Has previous administrative work experience, it is an advantage if you have previously worked as an accounting assistant
• Has good knowledge of Excel and a strong ability for numerical analysis
• Has an interest in and basic understanding of AI tools

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working in smaller organizations with broad responsibilities
• Knowledge of Wordpress and interest or experience in communication
• Education in social work or similar
