We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner and are open to various arrangements! We envision a working percentage between 50-100%, and you need to be available at least until September. However, during the summer months (June-August), the requirement is that you can work full-time.
If there is interest, you can also continue with the same arrangement in the fall. By the end of the year, there will also be an opportunity to take a parental leave replacement at 100%. We will prioritize candidates who are interested in this assignment as well.
About the role & teamYou will be part of our TA/HR team that supports the Swedish organization. You will work alongside our senior TA Partners Anton Öberg and Petar Cakovski.
Your responsibilities:
- Together with your hiring managers, you will drive recruitments from start to finish. Initially, you will focus on IT/tech roles, but other roles will also occur, and the position is not tied to a specific business area.
- Responsibility for all or parts of the recruitment process. You will build it together with the hiring manager and find the working method that suits you best.
- Salary range: 35–38k.
- Start: As agreed.
- Employment type: We will prioritize candidates who are open to a direct employment, consulting employment is the second priority.

Are we a match?We are looking for someone who…
Has experience recruiting tech roles and can act as a partner to our hiring managers in the tech organization. You have either been responsible for the entire recruitment process or supported parts of it, such as the selection work.
Can work at least 50-100% until September and at least 100% in the summer (June-August).
Is fluent in Swedish and English as both are used in daily work.
