Finance Assistant Wanted for Consulting Assignment

We at SJR are looking for a meticulous and self-driven finance assistant for a consulting assignment during May, June, and half of July. Our client is an expanding company in Sollentuna. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a broad role within accounts receivable and accounts payable and who can quickly adapt to new tasks.

About the Position

In the role of finance assistant, you will be responsible for both accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as ongoing bank reconciliations. You work in a structured manner, have a good eye for detail, and thrive in a pace where you receive a lot of responsibility from the start.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Matching payments in the ledger
• Sending payment reminders
• Posting supplier invoices
• Accrual of expenses
• Creating payment files
• Posting disbursements
• Handling and addressing reminders

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounts work and who feels comfortable with financial systems and routine-based processes. You work meticulously, have a good sense of service, and appreciate a role where you can take responsibility and work independently.
