The preparedness department is undergoing restructuring, and we are therefore looking for you who want to help build a new team with new colleagues towards a new level of ambition. We are now looking for several Security Specialists with a focus on civil preparedness, where you will work to develop and manage SOS Alarm's overall capability across the entire threat spectrum – from everyday situations to war in the areas of crisis management, continuity work, or exercise activities.

You are expected to independently drive the work based on previous experience and in collaboration with the organization to strengthen SOS Alarm's ability to operate during peacetime crises, heightened preparedness, and war.

• Planning, implementing, following up, and suggesting improvements in the area

• Conducting analyses and risk assessments and proposing measures

• Supporting the organization with your specialist knowledge

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

• Developing and conducting competency-enhancing training for the organization

As part of the Security business area, you will work closely with colleagues in the security organization to develop and strengthen the company's overall capability in both operational protection and security protection.

Travel for work may occur when your expertise is needed in other locations. The role involves extensive collaboration with various functions within the organization as well as with customers, regulatory authorities, owners, and suppliers. Therefore, we place great importance on both your professionalism and your personal qualities.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or other education combined with work experience deemed equivalent

• At least three years of documented experience in qualified security work focusing on either crisis management, continuity work, or exercise activities

• Very good knowledge of Sweden's civil preparedness system and associated regulations

• Experience in conducting analyses and assessments

• Experience in developing and conducting training tailored to the organization's needs

• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and establish good relationships

• Ability to translate organizational needs into action

• A structured and meticulous approach with a good ability to prioritize

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and actively contribute to teamwork

• Experience from a similar role

• Experience working in security-sensitive operations

• Pedagogical ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practically applicable solutions in the organization

• Completed the Swedish Defence University Higher Course in Total Defense and Crisis Management

• Experience in project management

A check according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies is also carried out and is active during the employment period. A drug test without remarks is a prerequisite for employment. The position also involves military placement at SOS Alarm.
