About the position

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support and coordinate recruitment assignments throughout the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with the team’s Recruitment Consultants. Your main focus will be to coordinate and prioritize the team’s work effectively while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

The position is initially a one-year temporary contract, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for extension.

A large part of the role involves proactive work with search and sourcing, where you work towards an agreed delivery plan and propose concrete actions to ensure a strong candidate flow and meet set goals. You will be part of a fast-paced, responsible, and business-oriented environment where your work is a crucial piece in our continued success in recruitment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working hands-on with search and sourcing in various channels to identify, contact, and engage the right candidates
  • Building, developing, and maintaining a strong candidate network to effectively match candidates with client needs
  • Conducting phone screenings and in-depth interviews with relevant candidates
  • Ensuring the best possible service to both candidates and clients through continuous feedback and updates throughout the process
  • Being a role model by living our core values and always doing your utmost in every assignment

We are looking for someone who

You who apply have

  • Previous experience in service and customer contact roles where you have been able to take your own initiatives and responsibility
  • An academic degree in, for example, Human Resources, behavioral science, or economics
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you

  • Have previous experience in the recruitment industry
  • Are accustomed to working with search in various channels

Other information

Employment type: Temporary position for 12 months, with the possibility of extensionSalary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and a variable commission part

For applicants graduating in June 2026, there is an opportunity to start the position part-time and then transition to full-time after completing studies.
