Service Employee – Reception & Service Center

We are now looking for a service employee with a primary focus on reception and service center for our delivery at the customer site in Gärdet, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who wants to be the customer's face outward in a role where service, hospitality, and professionalism are at the center. You have good order and a desire to deliver the best possible service.

The team does everything from receiving external customers, managing the issue portal, assisting the customer's employees with access cards and other inquiries to mail, switchboard, and janitorial services. We help each other, and the tasks are varied. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace. This job is for you who enjoy having a lot to do and where the day goes by quickly. You should be both meticulous and flexible.

Your main tasks

Reception & Hospitality

  • Receive and welcome visitors in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Register visitors and manage access cards according to applicable security procedures
  • Provide information and practical support during visits
  • Ensure that the reception and entrance area are representative and welcoming
  • Perform administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings, orders, and management of consumables
  • Administer access cards, keys, and access rights

Service Center

  • Receive and register service requests, fault reports, and orders from employees
  • Follow up on cases and ensure that feedback and solutions are delivered within the agreed time
  • Manage orders for office supplies and support internal meetings and events
  • Be a natural contact point for questions related to workplace services

Mail, Goods & Switchboard (may occur)

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Handle outgoing mail and couriers and book transports according to applicable procedures
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal contacts to ensure good service and flow
  • Answer incoming calls via the switchboard and forward to the right contact person

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience working in reception, service center, or similar service occupation
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
  • Has good experience working in issue management systems or similar administrative systems
  • Is a team player, solution-oriented, and service-minded
  • Has a professional demeanor and a safety-conscious approach to work

Employment form and working hours:

The employment is permanent with a probationary period of 6 months. Working hours are during the day.
