Registrar for our Central Registrar Group

Sollentuna Municipality has a centralized registrar group, and you will work alongside five registrars supporting the municipal executive office, the education office, the health and social care office, the social services office, and the community planning department. You will be primarily responsible for one or more registries, but you will solve tasks together. This way, you contribute to creating a safe working environment where you can grow as a registrar!

The registrar group is part of the secretariat unit, which consists of 15 employees working with information management, committee administration, investigations, and system management. The work is led by a chief of the secretariat.

Job Responsibilities

As a registrar, you will work with the registration of incoming and outgoing mail, set up and distribute cases, handle requests for public documents, and respond to public inquiries as well as maintain registers.

You will work closely with the office's information managers/information security officers and archivists to maintain good routines for secure information management at all levels. Together, you will ensure that the office's employees are well trained in secure information management and handling of public documents.

You are responsible for training the office's employees on how to use our document and case management system Ciceron, in which you will also serve as a superuser.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has education as a registrar or equivalent work experience.
• has good knowledge of, and has practically worked with, the Freedom of the Press Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Data Protection Regulation, and the Archives Act.
• has good knowledge of other legislation governing information management in public administration.
• expresses themselves well in speech and writing.

A couple of years of practical experience in registration or information management is an advantage. We also consider it an advantage if you have previously worked in the case management system Ciceron.
