Job Description

• Ability to compile group consolidation independently
• Ability to assess how any changes in group consolidation affect the whole
• See connections between subsidiaries and the parent company to perform group consolidation
• Quickly familiarize oneself with the assignment
• Ability to compile quarterly reports independently.
• Takes initiative and contacts relevant persons as needed based on reporting.
• Is proactive in their role and communicative.
• In the assignment, it is expected to identify areas for improvement and development and carry out the improvement/development work during the assignment period.
• Prepare goal and budget documentation for SSAB and compile the subsidiaries' goal and budget documentation to be forwarded to KS-city.

Project Organization

You will primarily report to the Deputy CFO. This is because the assignment is placed in the unit led by the Deputy CFO. However, you will also have contact with the Vice CEO and the parent company. You will be part of a unit with a total of 15 employees, mostly controllers but also three accounting economists, one system administrator, and one economic strategist.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Master's degree in economics or similar that can be assessed as relevant to the role.
• Very good accounting knowledge.
• Must have experience independently performing group consolidations and compiling reports for the parent company and the group.
• Experience working with corporate groups.

Desirable Requirements:

• Preferably experience working in a municipal corporate group.
