Amblin is a leading consulting firm in financial management and consulting for the real estate industry, where many of our clients are publicly traded companies or large international real estate funds. We collaborate with all major auditing firms and tax agencies in Sweden.

Job Description

As a rental administrator, you will manage several different companies, commercial or residential, where you are an important player in a larger context. You will be part of several assignments where you together ensure that the set goals are met.

Examples of tasks:

  • Administration and registration of new commercial and residential contracts.
  • Preparing and sending out ongoing rent notifications monthly/quarterly.
  • Creating reports for dispatch to clients.
  • Sending reminders and collection cases to tenants.
  • Registering operating and turnover settlements for tenants as well as electricity/water settlements for residential tenants.
  • Assisting with various inquiries from tenants, managers, and clients.
  • Being responsible for your own tasks while also being helpful to others within the team.

Requirements:

We expect you to have:

  • At least a high school education with a focus on economics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative work.
  • Familiarity and interest in system support.
  • Excellent knowledge and ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
  • Very good skills in Word and Excel.

Meritorious

  • Experience working in VITEC or another system support for rental administration.
  • Experience in rental administration.
