About the position

📍 Location: Swedish Transport Agency, Visby

📍 Role: Customer Service Representative in Vehicle Matters

📅 Period: Week 23–32 (training 23–25)

👥 Number of positions: 10

⏳ Working hours: Full-time, 08:00–16:30 (scheduled, 8 hours per day)

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at the Swedish Transport Agency, you will work with phone inquiries related to vehicle tax and image review. Your work will consist of:

🔹 approximately 4.5 hours per day on the phone, where you handle inquiries related to vehicle tax. Common questions may involve payment status, why a payment is not visible, reminders and incorrect payments, as well as other tricky questions related to vehicles and tax.

🔹 The remaining time is spent on image review of camera images in a data system regarding congestion tax and infrastructure fees.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good communication skills in Swedish and English and can communicate with others, both by phone and in writing.
  • Has good computer skills and the ability to manage various types of IT-based information and operational systems.
  • Has a good ability to quickly gather the right information in our various systems.
  • Has experience with administrative tasks.
  • Is driven and has the ability to absorb and analyze complex information.
  • Is available for work throughout the entire period (weeks 23–32).

Additional information

  • For students/people with another main occupation, there may be an opportunity to continue with the Swedish Transport Agency in the fall on a part-time basis, in the role of Image Reviewer.
