Vigneron is a premium brand in wine coolers with high ambitions and products of the highest quality. With new models on the way, rapid growth, and expansion in the Nordic region, we are, together with Oddwork, looking for a Backoffice Coordinator who wants to play an important role as Vigneron continues to challenge an entire industry.

About the role: At Vigneron, the customer experience is as important as the products themselves. As a Backoffice Coordinator, you will therefore be a central person ensuring that everything runs smoothly, both behind the scenes and in dialogue with customers and partners.

A day may start with a call from a retailer needing assistance, continue with coordinating with service technicians, and end with following up to ensure the customer is more than satisfied. Your task will be to keep the threads together, find solutions, and ensure that every case is handled with the premium feel that characterizes Vigneron.

At the same time, this is a role for you who are curious about products and technology. You will get to know Vigneron's wine coolers in depth and become an important link between the customer, the product, and the team behind it, where service mentality, structure, and a genuine interest in really good products go hand in hand.

About you: You are a person who takes initiative, is curious, and is not afraid to step forward when something needs to be solved. Customer contact feels natural to you, whether it involves helping, explaining, or finding a solution when something hasn't gone quite right.

You have a genuine interest in products and enjoy understanding how things really work. Perhaps you are the one who loves to dive into details, ask questions, and want to understand why one product is better than another.

Our expectations of you:

• Experience in customer contact, preferably in roles where you have handled complaints or support

• Curious about technology and products

• Fluent in Swedish and good English

• You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a fast pace
