About the Role
We are currently looking for a driven and engaged remarketing specialist to join our successful team. You will play a key role in managing the growing number of private lease cars returned to us. We are looking for someone who is a skilled administrator, enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and has a passion for the industry. Experience in similar roles is an advantage, but the most important thing is your enthusiasm and willingness to make a difference.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with dealers and third-party actors regarding auctions, their outcomes, and administration during car pickups.
- Working in internal systems and managing customer relationships with final settlement of contracts towards customers; Billing final settlements, excess mileage, and any abnormal wear and stopping invoices.
- Pricing cars for buyouts and reporting correct settlements.
- Individually or batch valuing cars and analyzing the market.
- Providing customer support during returns.
- Communicating with responsible sellers at DNB Finans AS, branch Sweden.
- Following up on ongoing lists for buyouts, rejected agreements, and agreements pending closure.
- System work in case of a potential supplier change.
We are located in nice offices in central Stockholm and offer a hybrid workplace where you can partially work from home.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a good administrator and enjoys juggling many tasks. An interest in cars and documented experience in similar roles within remarketing and fleet is a big plus. Furthermore, you are a proficient computer and system user, and you master both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
Your professional skills are important to us, but we value your personality just as much. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a humble and pronounced team player who is easy to collaborate with. You have good social skills, excellent communication abilities, and you are trustworthy both externally and internally. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Starfinder, and the assignment is part of their leasing operations. This means that you will be employed by Starfinder but work full-time with us at DNB Finans AS, branch Sweden. The assignment will be filled immediately and is initially a parental leave cover but with good chances for extension.
