About the position

As a Catering & Service Host with our client in Solna, you will be a key person in the customer's service experience. The role combines responsibilities in catering, reception, and hosting – making the work both varied and developmental.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for daily catering: orders, preparations, setup, and presentation.
• Ensuring that deliveries and meeting rooms are ready on time and of high quality.
• Working in the reception: welcoming, guiding, and supporting visitors and employees.
• Floor host responsibility: maintaining order, function, and comfort in the office environment.
• Active collaboration with other service teams to create a top-class workplace.
• Responsibility for updating procedures and managing the order handling system.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to food handling.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone who is positive, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented. You have previous experience in catering, reception, restaurant, or another service role. You thrive in an environment where you can be social, solution-oriented, and flexible. An eye for detail, good collaboration skills, and structure are important qualities for success in this role. You have previously worked with Microsoft 365 and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. Education in food handling is a plus.
