Economy Assistant Wanted for Exciting Client in the Brewery Industry

We are now looking for an economics student for 4 hours a week for an assignment with our exciting client in the brewery industry!

About the Position

As an economy assistant, you will assist the team with various financial processes. This includes scanning invoices and sending them for approval, contacting new and existing suppliers along with related administration, handling local contracts, liaising with the Tax Agency for various questions and matters, collecting the team's payroll data, preparing statistics, creating and following up on purchase orders/invoices for the team, and similar related tasks. In your role, you will also learn more about working with SAP, Excel, payment processes, tax issues, and legal matters.

Your Main Responsibilities as an Economy Assistant:

• Scan invoices and send them for approval
• Contact new and existing suppliers along with related administration
• Handle local contracts
• Ongoing dialogue with the Tax Agency for various questions and matters
• Collect payroll data
• Prepare statistics
• Manage the team's invoices and purchase orders
• Similar and related tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who is studying for an economics degree at a Swedish university or college. Additionally, you have a good grasp of basic office matters. You write and speak both Swedish and English fluently. Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage.

As a person, we believe you are someone with good collaboration skills who is communicative, service-oriented, flexible, unpretentious, relationship-building, and works proactively.

Important for the Economy Assistant Position:

• You are studying economics at a post-secondary level at a Swedish university or college
• You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience in similar tasks is an advantage

The assignment is expected to start immediately and will involve approximately 4 hours per week. The work will be performed on-site with our client in central Stockholm. This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Adecco.
