Our client is currently looking for you as a student seeking a summer job in the Stockholm area.

First, an important practical aspect:
The introduction starts in April/May, so it is important that you, as an applicant for the role, are available for physical introduction on-site. For those who still have studies during that period, the introduction can be done part-time but you need to be able to attend the introduction 3 days a week for a period of 3-4 weeks.

As our client's customer service department enters peak season in late spring and summer, they will build a completely new team consisting of 12 new colleagues and two experienced colleagues. Your task is primarily twofold:

1. to quickly build a strong team with a high sense of togetherness that delivers this project with high quality and high engagement – while also having a lot of fun along the way.
2. to answer every incoming phone call and meet each customer with great curiosity and high service awareness – regardless of whether it is the first or last call of the day.

Now to your tasks:

This is a role centered around incoming calls from private customers. Therefore, it is very important that you who take on the role are the right person: you need to understand that even if you receive ten calls from people with seemingly the same problem, you understand that no call is identical to any previous call, and your curiosity and ability to listen to each new customer will be crucial to your success in the role.

In summary, you will among other things:

• Handle incoming calls from private customers
• Register and document cases in the business system
• Make an initial assessment of action needs (after thorough introduction)
• Collaborate with the company's technicians and other internal functions

• Have good computer and system skills
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• Have the right personal qualities for the assignment
• Previous experience in a customer service role with a high phone focus is an advantage but not a requirement

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO during the project period. The project runs until August/September, but for the right person, there are opportunities for extension in the company's regular operations, which are of a similar nature to this project. If there is no extension of this assignment, there is of course also the opportunity to receive support and help from your consultant manager Per Carnestedt to find a new exciting part-time job alongside your studies.
