We are now looking for an experienced and confident HR Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment within the public sector in Stockholm. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in an operational HR role with great responsibility and close collaboration with managers.

In the role of HR Specialist, you are a qualified managerial support across the entire HR area. You are the contact person for several managers and provide operational advice on both everyday and more complex personnel issues.

• You work broadly with terms of employment, labor law, and personnel matters

• You support managers in difficult conversations and contribute with structure and security

• You handle union contacts and collaboration with employee organizations

• You strengthen the managers' employer role and contribute to a professional HR operation

The role involves many points of contact and requires you to be attentive, clear, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your competence and used to working independently while being a valued partner 🤝

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• You have recently worked as an HR specialist in the public sector with a focus on managerial support

• You have current experience working with terms agreements

• You have experience from the state or other public sector

• You have HR education or equivalent experience

As a person, you are communicative, structured, and professional. You have a good ability to build trust and are comfortable in dialogues where clarity and integrity are crucial.
