The Role and Assignment

As an administrator at the Fire Protection Association, you contribute to a fire-safe and sustainable Sweden. Here, the aim is to develop and disseminate knowledge to the entire society. In the role of administrator, you can expect a varied workday. You will be part of a competent and engaged team of 6 people. It is a broad role with many contact points both internally and externally, as well as administration in systems.

This is a temporary position for about 1 year with an immediate start, where you will be employed as a consultant through us at The Place. The Fire Protection Association is located in fine offices, STHLM 01, in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently handle and investigate complex cases in collaboration with external stakeholders and contractors, primarily via phone and email

• Review reports and invoices and manage associated administration

• Contribute to the development and improvement of (internal) processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Previous work experience in an administrative role or a similar position with contact with external customers

• Previous work experience in claims handling and insurance

• Completed secondary education

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in claims handling and insurance focusing on fire, water, and accident damage.

• Working hours: Full-time, Mon – Fri 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

• Start: As soon as possible

• Office/Hybrid work: The office is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, and there is an opportunity to work remotely about 2 days a week.

• Employment type: This is a consultancy assignment via The Place for about 1 year
